PR agency embraces ‘flexible-first’ model following "prestigious" award win

An award-winning London headquartered PR agency has renewed its commitment to its uniquely flexible model following news that offering flexible working may soon become law.

Corporate communications agency Schon&Co. has pledged to continue offering fully flexible working after landing a top award in one of the most “prestigious” industry awards in the UK.

Founded in 2020 by Dorset based entrepreneur and working mum Jess Schon, Schon&Co. has just been named Best Corporate & B2B PR Consultancy 2023 at this year’s UK Enterprise Awards.

Schon&Co., which specialises in public relations and communications in the corporate and B2B space, and works with a wide range of clients spanning sectors such as tech, engineering and logistics, has successfully operated a ‘flexible-first’ policy since its launch during the boom of home working.

The agency has reiterated its commitment to flexible working just days after a “landmark” law giving workers the right to request flexible working from their first day in a job completed its final stage in the House of Lords.

Schon&Co. has fully embraced the remote model in order to recruit the best B2B PR talent from across the UK, and has established a strong team of consultants with expertise in corporate communications.
