Intasite marks record year with staffing first

A technology firm has toasted a record year with a noteworthy arrival.

Intasite has welcomed its first apprentice after higher demand saw turnover rise 40 per cent.

Kayhan Kajumi has joined the Stockton business in a software developer role through a Middlesbrough College collaboration.

Bosses say the T-Level graduate will “play a vital role” in enhancing digital content across Intasite’s health and safety onboarding programmes, which are used by operators including Budweiser, VirginMedia O2 and Sky Studios.

They add Kayhan will support back-end and front-end software development, help build training materials and update online user guides.

Andy Murphy, Intasite technical director, said: “We are excited to welcome Kayhan as our first apprentice – hopefully the first of many – which marks a significant step in our ongoing expansion.

“His arrival comes at a time of robust growth.”

Kayhan said: “This opportunity allows me to apply my skills in a real-world setting, collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to impactful projects.

“I look forward to growing with the team and making a meaningful difference.”

Matthew Chan, Northern Skills/Middlesbrough College Group skills development manager, added: “It was a pleasure to work with Intasite, and we are privileged to provide the business with Kayhan.

“We hope this is the beginning of a long working partnership with a fast-growing company.”

Intasite’s technology allows companies to deliver interactive safety modules from desktop and mobile devices, and includes scope to oversee contractor and supplier management, deliver safety briefings and carry out language translations.
