Design Tonic supports law firm's office expansion
A commercial design company has secured work to support a law firm’s expansion.
Design Tonic has been appointed to fit out Devonshires' new base at Leeds’ Aire Park.
The law firm will switch to Three South Brook Street in the spring, with Design Tonic bosses promising to create a “thoughtfully designed, modern workspace” across its 6157sq ft footprint.
They add the Leeds-based operator will deliver “placemaking areas, open plan workspaces, sound managed meeting rooms and high-quality communal facilities”.
The deal marks another notable success for Design Tonic, which late last year scored a contract on a £150 million footballer-backed development.
Devonshires, which has operated from Leeds’ No 1 Whitehall Riverside, announced its office expansion in January, with officials revealing their delight at being part of a “thriving business hub”.
Amanda Cook, Design Tonic co-founder and director, said: “The development is an outstanding new mixed-use location providing an extremely high standard of office space.
“We are very pleased to be the team creating the first new workspace there.”
Sam Forman, Devonshires’ head of facilities, added: “Moving to Aire Park is a significant investment.
“We are committed to providing an exceptional space for our people and clients, and one that will serve us for many years to come.
“We have been extremely impressed with Design Tonic’s approach and expertise.”
Aire Park is being developed by real estate operator Vastint UK.
