Lette AI raises $1.4 million to scale platform

A Dublin-based proptech start-up is helping to transform property management workflows.

Lette AI, founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, has secured $1.4 million in pre-seed funding in a round led by European VC Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital and prominent angels including Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan of Nory AI.

The company automates end-to-end property leasing, cutting administrative tasks by up to 90 per cent and saving property teams more than 100 hours a month.

By streamlining leasing, renewals, maintenance and tenant engagement, Lette AI allows property teams to focus on strategic management rather than repetitive data entry.

Its AI-powered platform is already managing over 5000 properties across the UK and Ireland and is trusted by some of Ireland’s largest property management companies, including Grayling Properties, Storyhouse by Ardstone, Hali, Liberties House and Rathmines House.

Mohan and Jakub, who previously co-founded AI-powered restaurant platform Nory, say the funding will be used to expand the product engineering team, advance autonomous AI capabilities and accelerate growth into the UK and UAE.

They add that Lette AI aims to have 25,000 properties on its platform by March 2026 and to grow its annual recurring revenue to $1.1million by the end of next year.

Mohan said: “The problem with property management today is that most systems are just glorified spreadsheets.

“They make the job slower, more repetitive, and inefficient.

“With this funding, we are launching one of the first agentic AI operating systems in the property sector that handles the real tasks that drive margins, protect asset value and keep tenants happy.

“By bringing ground teams, residents, and investors together in one place, we aim to make operations smoother, service more personal, and portfolios more successful.”

Boris Bogaert, managing partner at lead investor Pitchdrive, added: “Lette AI is a game-changer in the $200 billion global property management market.

“Its pioneering AI agents slash onboarding times by over 50% through seamless automation of rentals, tenant screening, and communications, delivering immediate, measurable value.

“Our confidence stems from the proven technology’s rapid traction and the exceptional founding team of Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, whose experience scaling Nory equips them to redefine the entire property lifecycle. Pitchdrive is proud to fuel this ambitious vision.”

Peter Horgan, managing director of Lugus Capital, an early adopter which quickly converted to an investor in Lette AI, added: “The property market is changing fast.

“Investors and residents expect a smarter, more responsive experience.

“As both a customer and an investor, we see Lette as a next-generation platform that’s answering that need.

“Its AI-first approach removes blockers and manual friction, freeing our teams to focus on delivering the highest quality service.

“For Lugus, investing in Lette is about backing the future of asset management, where technology is a tool that drives performance, transparency and tenant satisfaction.”

To further support its expansion, the firm has recently appointed Jon Hammond as head of growth, bringing more than 20 years’ experience scaling SaaS and proptech businesses, including his work at Zero Deposit.
