S&W makes two senior London tax appointments to bolster real estate expertise
S&W, the fast-growing professional services group, has made two senior hires in its London real estate tax team this week, reinforcing its commitment to building market-leading expertise in this strategic area.
Kersten Muller joins as Head of Tax London, bringing over 25 years’ experience advising funds, fund managers, and family offices on structuring UK, European, and global real estate transactions. He was previously Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he led the real estate team, and has held senior roles at Grant Thornton and Deloitte.
Matthew Roach joins as Partner, adding more than 20 years of specialist experience in real estate tax across the UK and Australia. Formerly a Partner at KPMG, Matthew has advised on complex property transactions, fund structuring, and cross-border M&A for institutional investors and private equity real estate funds.
