Sales agency network grows with Leeds firm deal
A sales and lettings agency network has put down new roots with a takeover.
Lomond has bought Right Let Leeds’ lettings portfolio.
Bosses say the move will boost its presence in the Yorkshire city and “marks another step in its regional growth strategy”.
Under the terms of the deal, Right Let Leeds – founded by Ross Munro and Maani Zakikhani – will be managed by Lomond’s Yorkshire brand Linley & Simpson.
Founded in 2012, Right Let Leeds operates from the city’s Headingley area.
Ross and Maani said: “Over the past 13 years, our growth has been driven by word of mouth and the loyalty of our landlords.
“As we take some time out for the next chapter, we’re delighted to be passing our business to Lomond, one that is equipped to provide our landlords with the tools and capabilities they need in the changing legislative landscape.”
David Mear, Linley & Simpson managing director, added: “We're delighted to welcome Right Let Leeds and these new clients to Linley & Simpson.
“Right Let Leeds’ reputation as a long-standing trusted partner for professional landlords makes it a perfect fit for the ethos of our business.”
