Events and hospitality expert, Daniel Gill was destined for the industry from a young age; with his parents owning a Michelin starred restaurant and rubbing shoulders with luminaries such as Marco Pierre-White and Raymond Blanc. Daniel started his hospitality career in London, working at landmark venues such as the Natural History Museum and Downing Street, before moving up North in 1998 to set up his own company, Dine. Thirteen years later, Dine has gone from strength to strength; quickly becoming one of UK’s leading weddings and events specialists. Dine’s expertise extends across the whole event management and catering industry; managing some of the most spectacular wedding venues such as The Mansion in Leeds, Nostell Priory in Wakefield, Allerton Castle in North Yorkshire and Rise Hall in East Yorkshire – owned by TV personality Sarah Beeny.
