Leeds' Xercise4Less wins National Budget Gym of the Year
Yorkshire-based gym chain Xercise4Less has been awarded National Budget Gym of the Year for the second year running, at the National Fitness Awards, 2013.
Its Leeds operation beat off stiff competition from hundreds of clubs across the country to scoop top spot following on from the Doncaster branch’s success in 2012, making this the second consecutive year that Xercise4Less has won Budget Gym of the Year.
The accolade is the latest addition to a long line of success stories for the gym over 2013, including gaining £5m backing from The British Growth Fund and racking up an impressive nine awards at the prestigious Health Club Awards earlier this year.
Jon Wright, CEO of Xercise4Less said: “Our aim has always been to be ‘the people’s gym’ and receiving this amazing accolade for the second year running, alongside our other award wins this year, shows our model is working well and achieving great results with thousands of happy customers.
“The whole team works extremely hard to deliver a high standard of service and value for money. This award reiterates that our efforts are not going unnoticed and our mission to revolutionize the budget gym offer is spot on.”
The National Fitness Awards are organised by fitness industry magazine Workout.
