Debbie Murray, Essential Healthcare Solutions
Support surfaces specialist Essential Healthcare Solutions has appointed Debbie Murray as group clinical and commercial director.
Debbie brings with her over 27 years in the healthcare industry, spent in support surfaces related services and wound care.
In her role at Essential Healthcare Solutions, she will be responsible for a team of 39, with a focus on developing a strategy to grow the support surface and service solutions provided by the business.
On her appointment, Debbie said: “As soon as I met Thomas and the team at Essential, I knew that the company was the perfect fit for me. Essential is fully committed to innovation and is definitely one to watch in the support services industry.

Nathan Langfield, Wilson Field
Business turnaround and insolvency specialists, Wilson Field, have appointed Nathan Langfield as its new head of sales and marketing.
Nathan joined Wilson Field in 2014 as part of the marketing department working as a web and PPC developer. He also brought CRM management and data analysis skills.
In 2017, he was promoted to head up the Digital Marketing team where he has overseen growth in business, particularly using digital marketing and social media.
Managing director, Nick Wilson, said: “Nathan has already contributed significantly over the past five years in the development of our marketing efforts. As a company, we have invested heavily in digital technology and feel that this is where the future lies.
“In his new role as head of sales and marketing, Nathan will also manage all sales and marketing activities as well as a telesales team.”
Alice Garrett, Town Centre Securities PLC
Leeds-based property investor and car park operator Town Centre Securities PLC is expanding its estates management team having appointed Alice Garrett as trainee asset manager for the Merrion Centre.
A Northumbria University graduate, Alice will be responsible for the ongoing asset management and growth in value of the Merrion Centre’s retail elements.
Focusing on the main malls and retail presentation, Alice will continue to manage existing tenant relationships and attract new retailers to the centre, as well as further improve the customer shopping experience.

Lynn-Marie Stephenson, Optimum Finance
Invoice finance firm Optimum Finance has appointed Lynn-Marie Stephenson as regional sales director for the North, highlighting the company’s continued nationwide growth.
Based in Harrogate, Lynn-Marie will drive business development across a significant geographical region, building on contacts throughout Yorkshire and the North East.
Having previously worked with CEO Richard Pepler and COO Claire Lewis, Lynn-Marie joins the team with experience in business development at RBS Invoice Finance and Barclays.
Lynn-Marie said: “I’m delighted to have joined the Optimum Finance team and to be leading this new phase of UK expansion.
“We enable SMEs to prioritise what they do best whilst achieving the levels of growth that these businesses - the backbone of the British economy - deserve to attain.

Paul Clarkson, Triton Construction
Triton Construction has appointed regional construction heavyweight Paul Clarkson as managing director to head up the business based in Yorkshire and the North West.
Clarkson takes over from Triton founder Michael Parkinson who becomes chairman to lead other development interests for the company.
Triton Construction provides general contracting and construction services and has been established for over 14 years employing over 80 people at Liversedge and Warrington.
For the last financial year to March 2019 Triton is set to report a 50 per cent increase in turnover to around £60m.
Parkinson said: “I am thrilled that we have been able to bring Paul into the business after many years of pursuance. We have a history of working well together with very similar values, work ethic and management style.
“I could not think of anyone better to lead the business as I step back to focus on other opportunities in land acquisition and development.”
