North East law firm gears up for further growth with recruitment drive
A North East law firm has bucked the downturn trend of 2020 with a new recruitment drive.
Swinburne Maddison LLP has announced plans to expand its team as the result of ongoing growth.
The firm has announced plans to create new openings for qualified lawyers in both its employment and residential property teams.
The increasing demand for the law firm’s services follows the completion of a raft of deals since March this year.
Partner and practice manager, Carolyn Beal, commented: “Our proven agility and flexibility combined with an unwavering commitment from every member of the team has allowed us to maintain our high standards and levels of service delivery resulting in the need to create these latest vacancies.
“Acutely aware that we remain in uncertain times and are likely to do so for some time, it is more important to us than ever that we show our commitment to maintaining a strong team of lawyers and support staff as we guide our clients through the challenges ahead.
“It is fair to say that the practice’s business model has been stress-tested like never before and it is satisfying to know it works. This also ensures that we can continue to compete and stand alongside much larger firms as a go to practice for a growing number of clients, spanning a diverse sector base.
“We would love to hear from any applicants who share our passion for providing exceptional client service and who are looking to carve out a long-term career working for one of the leading law firms in the North East.”
