Over 100 new jobs to be created with Newcastle legal firm’s recruitment drive

A North East accident management company is set to grow its headcount by 30 per cent with a new recruitment drive.

Newcastle-based Winn Group is set to create more than 100 new jobs over the next 12 months as part of its ongoing expansion.

The firm, which has over 330 staff at its Byker base, provides legal support for non-faults claim following accidents.

Winn Group chief operating officer, Chris Birkett, commented: “Winn Group is going through an exciting period of expansion as we look to continue building on solid foundations.

“There’s no denying that these times have been hard for companies across the region, but our staff have worked tirelessly to maintain excellent customer service levels and keep the business moving in the right direction.

“Thanks to robust contingency planning, we have been able to work through the unprecedented challenges of the Covid pandemic and now we are in a position to grow our team once more ahead of reforms in our industry.”
